As specialists in the manufacture of Sectional Screw Flighting/Auger Flights since 1989, Jasmarie Flightmakers Ltd is the first choice for many companies throughout Australia.

Technologically Driven

A large number of hydraulic presses form our full range of flight segments from 50mm diameter to 1500mm diameter (ribbon segments can be manufactured up to 3000mm diameter), in a variety of materials from 1.6mm through to 32.0mm thick. These can be formed to either left or right hand in various pitches depending on your requirements.

The Process

AS/NZS 1594 - HA200 XLERPLATE® coil plate and AS/NZS 1594 - HA250 XLERPLATE® coil plate in 3000 mm x 1500 mm size sheet, ranging in thickness from 1.6mm to 25.0mm and, depending on the configuration, up to 32.0mm plate are used in the manufacture of our flighting.

The material is cut to size by oxy profile cutting, laser cutting, or plasma cutting, depending on the material form, whether it be stainless steel, light gauge material, or intricate cutting shapes

Once cut, the steel is then formed in one of Jasmarie's screw flight machines. Flights are then fitted to pipe and welded. The flights are snapped onto a pipe in line with each other, end to end.
