Jasmarie Flightmakers uses XLERPLATE® coil plate from BlueScope Steel, exclusively in the manufacture of its screw flights. Its inherent qualities allow it to be easily welded, cut and formed without compromising strengths.
We believe a good supplier is just as important as dedicated staff and loyal clients, and so we predominately deal direct with Smorgon Steel, a Bluescope distributor.
AS/NZS 1594 - HA200 XLERPLATE® coil plate and AS/NZS 1594 - HA250 XLERPLATE® coil plate in 3000 mm x 1500mm size sheet, ranging in thickness from 1.6mm to 25.0mm and, depending on the flight configuration, up to 32.0mm are used.
